 PURRsonalized Visits
The PURRsonalized visit is exactly that - a visit crafted to suit the personal needs of you and your pets. Have someone spend a little time on the couch petting your furry fiend - or have them suit up for a brisk walk around the neighborhood. If your dog needs regular medication and you can't always be there, someone can stop by to fill in for you. And of course, we are always ready to serve up their favorite meal or play a quick game of fetch or tug-of-war. Simply let us know what you and your furry friends need and we'll do our best to satisfy your request. The visit will be designed at the time of scheduling and will be billed as follows per visit:
Mileage: $.40/mile *
If we find after one or two visits that the time allotted is not sufficient to cover the requirements of your PURRsonalized visit, we will give you the option to either increase the time of your visit or reduce the tasks included. Pet ChaufFUR Service
Does your pet's social calendar fill up quicker than yours? Or maybe your high-maintenance bitch spends more time at the grooming salon than at home. Whatever the need, if your furry friend needs a ride, we've got the wheels. Pet ChaufFUR Service will be provided at the following rates:
Mileage: $.40/mile *
Time over 1 hour will be billed at the 1 hour visit rate, billable in 15 minute increments. In addition, $.40 per mile will be charged for distance traveled from Pick-up location to Drop-Off Location. If multiple stops, or round trips are required, mileage and time are calculated from the time your pet is picked up until such time that he is no longer in our care. Pet ChaufFUR Service may be utilized at a flat fee of $10 per pick up and drop off if the service is to transport your dog to and from an appointment at the Rub-a-Dub Bath House & Spa. So instead of planning your dog's appointments on Saturday - your one free day to get anything done - plan ahead to have us pick him up and deliver him back home freshly bathed and groomed. Don't let the thought of your best friend being trapped in a kennel spoil your next vacation or weekend getaway. Schedule a Pet Slumber PAWty and you can relax and enjoy yourself knowing that he or she will be at home in his usual surroundings with all his reminders of you to comfort him, as well as a new friend to keep him company. Pet Slumber PAWties provide an in-home option for overnight care for your pets when you can't be there to take care of them yourself. Pets are creatures of habit therefore they thrive under a routine and prefer not to have significant changes to their schedule when you are away. As such, we will do our best to match whatever your pet's normal schedule is when you are home. The Pet Slumber PAWty option is typically where a caregiver sleeps at your house and cares for your pet's normal routine - such as daily feeding, watering, bathroom breaks and companionship - but he or she may leave your pet for part of the day while he or she continues with regular duties. So if you work during the day and your pet is used to you being gone for several hours at a time, your caregiver will continue with this same routine. This is our equivalent of "part time" work where the caregiver could potentially spend part of his or her day working another job, or handling PURRsonalized visits for other pets. If your pet is used to continuous companionship, let us know and we'll give you a quote for that service. (See "PAWty like a Rock Star"). Since your pet will likely be somewhat stressed that you are not around, we do not recommend adding things to his day while the caregiver is there if they are not already a part of his or her routine. For example, if you don't give him a bath once a week, don't ask your caregiver to bathe him while you are on your week's vacation. If your dog is not used to walking one mile each day, don't ask your caregiver to add this exercise regimen while he or she is filling in for you. Does Your Pet Need to "PAWty Like a Rock Star"? Rock Stars always have their entourage with them - doing their bidding, telling them how wonderful they are, fighting their battles, etc. If your pet needs this constant attention, activity or companionship, then he needs to upgrade to "PAWty Like a Rock Star". This type of slumber PAWty is our equivalent of "full time" work. Meaning, not only does your caregiver sleep at your home and care for the usual feeding, watering, and bathroom breaks, but he or she also spends the majority of the time you are away with your pet. This could include playing fetch in the back yard, taking walks, playing with other dogs at the dog park, taking your pet along on shopping trips, cooking his favorite foods, or cuddling on the couch.
